My order is taking longer than I expected, what do I do?

The first point of call is to reach out to the shipping carrier and sight your tracking number. If you are still experiencing difficulties locating your order, please contact the customer service team on info@puppyd.com for a more comprehensive discussion and we can initiate an inquiry with the relevant shipping carrier.

COVID-19 DELAYS

Due to the impact of Covid-19 on airlines, shipping times at this time are varied and are taking longer than usual. We thank you for your patience during this time. 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will be able to track your order as soon as it leaves our Fulfilment Centre and is on its way to you! We will send you the tracking number in an email. 

WHAT IS A PRE ORDER? 
Pre Order simply means that the item is not yet available for shipment in our warehouse. Having a pre-order item amongst other items in your order will hold back the delivery. 

My item is being returned to sender, what do I do?

If no-one is available to sign for your parcel, the courier should leave a card advising you of your pick-up options. As this may not always happen, we advise you to keep track of your delivery through the tracking number. If for any reason you do not arrange to pick the parcel up promptly from the postal outlet, the parcel will be returned to us. Should this happen, you will be required to pay a fee for re-delivery.

I purchased with the wrong address, what do I do?

Please make sure all postal information is correct and up to date, as we take no responsibility for incorrect information or sending your item to the incorrect address. Please advise us asap if your address is incorrect and provide us with the correct information. Once your item is shipped unfortunately there is nothing further we can do. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship overseas! At the checkout page you will be provided with a postage and handling quote before making payment. The delivery time to your destination will vary according to your postcode. In addition to the items and delivery charges we apply to your order, you may also be required by your country of residence to pay import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information so that you are sure about the applicable duties and taxes before you place your order. We are not responsible for the payment of such duties and taxes.

Once your order arrives in the destination country, it will be delivered with your local courier. I.e USA = USPS. United Kingdom = Royal Mail.

Do you deliver to P.O. Box address? 
Yes we can deliver to any P.O. Box address in Australia and also internationally using Australia Post. If a courier is required to deliver your order, they will not be able to deliver to a P.O. Box address, therefore we will need a street address.

Where are my items shipped from?
All items are shipped from Brisbane, Australia.

Can I pick up my order if I'm located in Brisbane?
Unfortunately we don't offer a pick-up option. Alternatively send us an email and we can let you know where our products are stocked! 

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Puppy D may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur.

You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.
